Joint Forward Plan – How we will deliver our strategy from 2023 – 2028
The Joint Forward Plan sets out how the Integrated Care Board and its partners will contribute and deliver our strategy. We have created our Joint Forward Plan from a ‘bottom up’ approach – seeking to bring together in one place how all parts of our ICB are working together with partners to deliver our ambitions and commitments to meet the needs of local populations. Our plan, which we are publishing as a working draft, builds on the work undertaken to inform our Integrated Care Partnership Strategy and the Working with People and Communities: Engagement Strategy and will continue to develop as we build on our partnership work and understanding priorities for our populations. View the Joint Forward Plan here.

Quality Assurance and Improvement Framework 2023 – 2026
This document describes the framework adopted by the Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) ICB to deliver on our statutory duty for quality.
It sets out our vision for quality, the application of the National Quality Board (NQB) guidance, our governance arrangements and quality priorities. Additionally, it sets out the approach to driving quality improvement via the utilisation of our assurance processes as well as the Innovation, Research & Improvement System (IRIS) for HNY.
It is expected that the Quality Assurance Improvement Framework (QAIF) will be refreshed annually to support ongoing quality improvement and emerging concerns across the Integrated Care System (ICS). View Quality Assurance and Improvement Framework 2023 – 2026 here.
