The full suite of ICB policies will apply to new starters and staff who started new roles with the ICB after 30th June 2022.
For CCG staff who transferred into the ICB, their CCG contractual policies will continue to be applied to them under TUPE regulations. Click here for a table which details whether the ICB or former CCG policy should be applied to these staff.
Place policies are still available on place shared drives, or place intranets, however please contact the HR team hr.hnyy@nhs.net if you are unable to locate one.
